Bio

After attending Cal State Northridge, David Dorazio entered the Pension Industry in 1981 with the largest (at that time) Pension Administrative firm in California. He was fortunate to be taught by many enrolled actuaries at that firm and primarily worked with Defined Benefit Plans.   When the 401(k) market began gaining popularity his focus switched to almost exclusively assisting employers with both Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution plans and were typically designed with complex testing.  David moved to the Bay Area from Southern California when he rejoined Primark in 2017.   He holds APR and APA designations from NIPA, QKA and QPA designations from ASPPA, and an ERPA credential from the IRS.

In his role at Primark, David oversees the administration department which includes working with all the administrators, assisting with specific questions or problems that arise, reviewing and approving the compliance work, developing company policies and procedures and when needed, working directly with clients and or advisors.
